IVSZ strives to promote the competitiveness of the Hungarian economy in the European Union and to ensure its good position on the global labour market. To achieve these objectives politics, the economy, the industry, the state and the civil society must cooperate. The development of the information economy can improve the macro-economic indicators of Hungary through a 1% GDP growth.
The Association of Information Technology Companies has been member of EICTA (European Information, Communications & Consumer Electronics Technology Industry Association) for three years. EICTA comprises 29 information technology associations from 19 European states and 43 global companies. The European-level representative of the information technology, telecommunications and electronics sectors, EICTA aims to facilitate the growth of the information technology sector. Through our membership in EICTA IVSZ could enforce the interests of the sector before the EU directives were passed, thus forming a bridge between the European Union and Hungary.
IVSZ members are welcome to actively participate in the work of the organization. For further information please contact dr. Szabolcs Kátai . Phone: 36-1-235-7617
