The objectives of the project are the following:

 

1. To identify such key areas concerning the development features of software services, which deserve subsequent detailed research.

2. To include the professional opinions of the software service provider community concerning the selected key areas through a consultation process.

3. 3S interactive workshop
4. Conducting internet-based consultation

3. To prepare an action paper for the European Community for promoting and supporting future actions

1. Analysing information received in the framework of the consultation process
2. Preparing the 3S White Paper for the selected key areas

The final product of the project will be a strategic document that will introduce the current and expectable development trends of open source code and GRID technology based software services.
